On-base Plus Slugging

OBP + Slug. The single best all-around hitting number.

BB%
Walk Rate

% of plate appearances ending in a walk.

K%
Strikeout Rate

% of plate appearances ending in a strikeout.

KL%
Strikeout-Looking Rate

% of PAs ending in a called third strike (took it). High = passive with two strikes.

Whiff%
Swing-and-Miss Rate

Misses ÷ swings — a pure bat-to-ball and chase indicator.

SB/G
Stolen Bases per Game

Running volume (Speed group).

SB%
Stolen Base Success Rate

Steals ÷ steal attempts.

2B / 3B / HR
Doubles / Triples / Home Runs

Power group.

OF%
Outfield Rate

% of balls in play hit to the outfield (vs. infield).

Hard-Hit Rate

% of contact classified as hard-hit.

Ground Ball Rate

% of contact hit on the ground.

Shift shade direction (Infield / Outfield)

Which way to position the infield or outfield (Left / Right / None), read from the spray chart.

Strength of that infield or outfield lean, as a %.

Called Strikes + Whiffs %

(Called strikes + swinging strikes) ÷ total pitches — an overall "nasty" rate.

Whiff%
Swing-and-Miss Rate

Misses ÷ swings against.

XBH%
Extra-Base Hit %

Share of hits going for extra bases — damage allowed.

Where Opponents Hit the Ball

The same column set as Where They Hit the Ball — positions, batted-ball types, and first-pitch outcomes — but from the pitcher's point of view: where opposing hitters put the ball against your staff.

Count headers (balls–strikes): 0-0 through 3-2 show the raw count when the hit occurred. The "Hits Allowed at Each Pitch Count" table is the same thing for your pitchers.
