This policy covers two browser extensions published by Atala Analytics:
Both are subscriber tools and require an active Atala Analytics subscription to sign in. Where the two behave differently, this policy says so explicitly.
The short version: the only information either extension sends to Atala Analytics is your sign-in details — plus, in the Coach Report Tool, the name of a team when you use the optional roster lookup. Neither extension uploads game statistics, reads your browsing history, or touches any website outside its own narrow scope.

Opens in its own browser tab. It reads Atala Analytics' own published data workbooks and validates your subscription through our license endpoint. It does not run on, read, or modify any other website.
Activates only on pages under https://web.gc.com, and requests no browser permissions at all. It reads only the box scores of teams you are already signed in to and authorized to view on GameChanger. It does not access other users' teams, and it does not run on any other website.
Both extensions keep data locally so they don't repeat work. Nothing in this local storage is transmitted to us.
Sign-in details are used for one purpose: confirming that your subscription is active. A team name submitted through the Coach Report Tool's roster lookup is used only to return the matching bats/throws and graduation-year records from Atala Analytics' own roster data. Neither is used for anything else.
The statistics these tools display are competition results. In the Coach Report Tool they come from teams the signed-in coach is already authorized to view; in Varsity Explorer they come from data workbooks Atala Analytics publishes.
Neither extension collects information from athletes, creates athlete accounts, or transmits athlete statistics to any third party. Reports you generate are files on your own computer, and you control who sees them.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties, and we do not transfer it for advertising, creditworthiness assessment, or lending purposes.
Because sign-in is validated through Google Apps Script — and because Varsity Explorer reads its data from Google Sheets — those requests reach Google's servers as our hosting provider. Google's handling of that traffic is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Atala Analytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GameChanger Media, Inc. The Coach Report Tool reads pages you are already signed in to and authorized to view; your use of GameChanger itself remains governed by GameChanger's own terms and privacy policy.
Subscriber records are kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months afterward for billing and support records. To request deletion of your subscriber record, email us at the address below.
These tools are intended for coaches, scouts, and program staff, not for children. Accounts are issued to adult subscribers only.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email.
